The Pyramid is a collection of short stories starring Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander.
The short story collection The Pyramid takes a step back in time. The five stories take place before the first novel in the Wallander series, Faceless Killers.
In the collection’s strongest short story, "Death of the Photographer", Simon Lamberg takes portraits of weddings and children. But at night he uses his darkroom to alter photographs of politicians and famous people for a morbid personal scrapbook.
It's a creepy hobby, but the reason for the photographer’s atrocious, apparently senseless death is an even creepier mystery.
